Went to the Dell support site, looked for the latest Intel AMT HECI Chipset Driver for this PC and installed it. Restarted the PC and went to Windows update, the message was gone. The driver was not shown to be successfully installed and the counter remained at 22. Once more searched for updates, PC was up to date, no messages for failed. Recently purchased a new Dell OptiPlex 980 from Dell. Core i5 650 with 4GB RAM running Windows 7 Professional 64bit. After uninstalling all useless software I installed all the Windows Updates successfully only to find one that kept coming back. I have successfully installed this update 'Intel AMT HECI V.6.1.0.1042 A02' over ten times.
